The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to convert prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead generation through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client relationship management to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Pitching and product demos tailored to client needs.
Negotiating pricing, contracts, and closing deals effectively.
Preparing proposals, presentations, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Participating in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior sales experience is a plus.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented mindset with resilience under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
