For job seekers

Does it cost anything to use Vero Jobs?

No. Searching, creating a profile, uploading a resume, and applying for jobs are all free, and always will be. If anyone — including someone claiming to represent an employer on this site — asks you to pay to apply or to be hired, that is a scam. Report it.

How do I apply for a job?

Open the listing and click Apply now. If you are signed in and have a resume saved to your profile, your application is sent in one click using your saved details. If you want to write a cover letter or attach a different resume for that particular job, use the link below the button.

Can I apply to the same job twice?

No. Once you have applied, the button changes to “Applied” and further applications to that role are blocked. If you need to send updated information, contact the employer directly.

How do I upload or replace my resume?

Go to your Dashboard. Under “Your resume” you can upload a PDF, DOC, or DOCX file up to 5MB, or replace an existing one. Your new resume is used for any future applications; applications you have already sent keep the resume you sent with them.

Who can see my profile and resume?

They are not published publicly. An employer sees your profile, contact details, and resume only when you apply to one of their jobs. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

How do I check the status of an application?

Your Dashboard lists every job you have applied to, with its current status: Submitted, In review, Shortlisted, or Not selected. Employers update this as they work through applicants.

I haven’t heard back. What now?

Employers are not obliged to respond to every applicant, and many do not. If a listing has gone quiet for a long time, it may simply be filled. Keep applying elsewhere in the meantime.

How do I delete my account?

Email communicate@verojobs.in from the address on your account. We will delete your profile and resume. Applications you have already submitted remain with the employers who received them — we cannot retract those.

For employers

How do I post a job?

Create an account, choosing I’m hiring, and enter your company name. Then go to Post a job and fill in the form. If AI assistance is enabled on this site, you can generate a first draft of the job description from the role title and key skills, then edit it before submitting.

Where do I see who applied?

Sign in and open Applicants from the menu. Every job you have posted is listed there; expand one to see its applicants, their contact details, and their resumes. You can mark each applicant as Shortlisted, Reviewing, or Rejected — the candidate sees that status on their own dashboard.

Can I edit or close a listing after posting?

Yes. My listings lets you edit a job, mark it as filled, or remove it.

What am I allowed to do with candidate data?

Use it to evaluate that candidate for the role they applied to, and nothing else. Do not add applicants to marketing lists, share their details outside your organisation, or sell their data. This is a condition of using the site — see our Terms of Use.

Accounts and sign-in

I’ve forgotten my password.

Use the Forgot password? link on the log in page. A reset link is emailed to you. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Can I sign in with Google?

If Google sign-in is enabled on this site, you will see a “Continue with Google” button on the log in and register pages. It creates a candidate account. Employers register with the email form instead, because we need your company name to set up your account properly.

I’m not receiving emails from Vero Jobs.

Check your spam or promotions folder first, and add communicate@verojobs.in to your contacts. If emails still do not arrive, write to us from another address and we will investigate.

Still stuck?

Email communicate@verojobs.in and tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and — if you can — a screenshot. To report a suspicious job listing, use the Report a Listing page instead; those go to a queue we check daily.
