We are hiring a talented leadership hiring for our Other Services company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
This is a Full Time position available on a On-site basis.
Role Overview:
As a Leadership Hiring, you will play a crucial role in our organization’s human resources and people management strategy.
This position focuses on talent acquisition & recruitment and requires expertise in talent acquisition & recruitment processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage talent acquisition & recruitment initiatives and programs
? Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
? Manage employee engagement, performance, and organizational development
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve HR goals
? Drive process improvements and operational excellence
? Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development programs
? Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements
? Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights
Required Qualifications:
? 4-6 years of professional experience in HR management or related field
? Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
? Excellent knowledge of Other Services industry dynamics
? Proficiency in skills: ATS Tools, Communication Skills, Employee Relations, HR Management, HR Policies & Compliance, Interview Skills
? Proven track record of success in similar roles
Compensation & Benefits:
? Salary Range: 9,00,000 – 15,00,000 per annum
