We are hiring a talented learning & development manager for our Hospitality & Travel company based in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
This is a Full Time position available on a On-site basis.
Role Overview:
As a Learning & Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization’s human resources and people management strategy.
This position focuses on learning & development and requires expertise in learning & development processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage learning & development initiatives and programs
? Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
? Manage employee engagement, performance, and organizational development
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve HR goals
? Drive process improvements and operational excellence
? Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development programs
? Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements
? Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights
Required Qualifications:
? 4-6 years of professional experience in HR management or related field
? Strong expertise in Learning & Development
? Excellent knowledge of Hospitality & Travel industry dynamics
? Proficiency in skills: Communication Skills, Curriculum Design, Employee Relations, HR Management, HR Policies & Compliance, Instructional Design
? Proven track record of success in similar roles
Compensation & Benefits:
? Salary Range: 8,00,000 – 13,00,000 per annum
