We are hiring a talented human resources manager (employee experience & early life) for our Other Services company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
This is a Full Time position available on a On-site basis.
Role Overview:
As a Human Resources Manager (Employee Experience & Early Life), you will play a crucial role in our organization’s human resources and people management strategy.
This position focuses on employee relations and requires expertise in employee relations processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage employee relations initiatives and programs
? Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
? Manage employee engagement, performance, and organizational development
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve HR goals
? Drive process improvements and operational excellence
? Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development programs
? Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:
? 4-6 years of professional experience in HR management or related field
? Strong expertise in Employee Relations
? Excellent knowledge of Other Services industry dynamics
? Proficiency in skills: Communication Skills, Employee Relations, HR Management, HR Policies & Compliance, Organizational Skills, People Management
? Proven track record of success in similar roles
