We are hiring a talented sr. manager (hr-digitization/ workday hcm) for our Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
This is a Full Time position available on a On-site basis.
Role Overview:
As a Sr. Manager (HR-Digitization/ Workday HCM), you will play a crucial role in our organization’s human resources and people management strategy.
This position focuses on hr transformation and requires expertise in hr transformation processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage hr transformation initiatives and programs
? Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
? Manage employee engagement, performance, and organizational development
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve HR goals
? Drive process improvements and operational excellence
? Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development programs
? Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements
? Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights
Required Qualifications:
? 4-6 years of professional experience in HR management or related field
? Strong expertise in HR Transformation
? Excellent knowledge of Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare industry dynamics
? Proficiency in skills: Communication Skills, Data Analysis, Employee Relations, HR Management, HR Policies & Compliance, HRIS/HCM Systems
? Proven track record of success in similar roles
Compensation & Benefits:
? Salary Range: 12,00,000 – 18,00,000 per annum
