We are hiring a talented senior quality insights manager, outsourcing quality for our Retail & E-commerce company based in India.
This is a Full Time position available on a Remote basis.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Quality Insights Manager, Outsourcing Quality, you will play a crucial role in our organization’s human resources and people management strategy.
This position focuses on general hr management and requires expertise in general hr management processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage general hr management initiatives and programs
? Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications:
? 6-10 years of professional experience in HR management or related field
? Strong expertise in General HR Management
? Excellent knowledge of Retail & E-commerce industry dynamics
? Proficiency in skills: Communication Skills, Employee Relations, HR Management, HR Policies & Compliance, Organizational Skills, People Management
? Proven track record of success in similar roles
