Required Qualifications:
? 2-4 years of professional experience in HR management or related field
? Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
? Excellent knowledge of Banking & Financial Services industry dynamics
? Proficiency in skills: ATS Tools, Communication Skills, Employee Relations, HR Management, HR Policies & Compliance, Interview Skills
? Proven track record of success in similar roles
