We are hiring a talented senior manager, employee relations (bangkok-based, relocation provided) for our Other Services company based in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
This is a Full Time position available on a On-site basis.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
? 6-10 years of professional experience in HR management or related field
? Strong expertise in Employee Relations
? Excellent knowledge of Other Services industry dynamics
? Proficiency in skills: Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, HR Management, HR Policies & Compliance
? Proven track record of success in similar roles
