We are hiring a talented manager – human resources for our Education company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
This is a Full Time position available on a On-site basis.
Role Overview:
As a Manager – Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in our organization’s human resources and people management strategy.
This position focuses on general hr management and requires expertise in general hr management processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage general hr management initiatives and programs
? Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

? 4-6 years of professional experience in HR management or related field
? Strong expertise in General HR Management
? Excellent knowledge of Education industry dynamics
? Proficiency in skills: Communication Skills, Employee Relations, HR Management, HR Policies & Compliance, Organizational Skills, People Management
? Proven track record of success in similar roles
