Meta Ads Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Executive to join our digital marketing team in Surat, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns and a proven ability to generate leads, drive sales, and improve brand visibility through data-driven strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. You will analyze campaign performance, monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions, and continuously optimize budgets and targeting strategies to maximize return on investment. Working closely with the creative team, you will develop compelling ad creatives, perform A/B testing, and implement audience segmentation to improve campaign performance.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, campaign optimization techniques, and performance marketing. Experience with lead generation and eCommerce campaigns, combined with strong analytical and reporting skills, will be highly valued.
