We are hiring a talented employee relations manager for our Other Services company based in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
This is a Full Time position available on a On-site basis.
Role Overview:
As a Employee Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization’s human resources and people management strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage employee relations initiatives and programs

Required Qualifications:
? 4-6 years of professional experience in HR management or related field
? Strong expertise in Employee Relations
? Excellent knowledge of Other Services industry dynamics
? Proficiency in skills: Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, HR Management, HR Policies & Compliance
? Proven track record of success in similar roles
