We are hiring a talented hro gpo (compensations & benefits) – mumbai senior manager/agm mumbai for our Other Services company based in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
This is a Full Time position available on a On-site basis.
Role Overview:
As a HRO GPO (Compensations & Benefits) – Mumbai Senior Manager/AGM Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in our organization’s human resources and people management strategy.
This position focuses on compensation & benefits and requires expertise in compensation & benefits processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage compensation & benefits initiatives and programs
? Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
? Manage employee engagement, performance, and organizational development
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve HR goals
? Drive process improvements and operational excellence
? Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development programs
? Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements
? Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights
Required Qualifications:
? 6-10 years of professional experience in HR management or related field
? Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits
? Excellent knowledge of Other Services industry dynamics
? Proficiency in skills: Benefits Administration, Communication Skills, Compensation Planning, Employee Relations, Excel/Analytics, HR Management
? Proven track record of success in similar roles
Compensation & Benefits:
? Salary Range: 12,00,000 – 18,00,000 per annum
