• Position: BPO Sales Executive – Life Insurance

• Salary: Up to ₹27,000 per month
• Incentives: Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Promote and sell Life Insurance products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Accurately update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow company compliance and quality guidelines during every interaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Good listening, objection-handling, and closing skills.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO Sales, Insurance Sales, or Telecalling.
• Graduation preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience may also apply).
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
