We are hiring a talented manager/avp- ghr- performance management for our Other Services company based in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage talent management initiatives and programs

Required Qualifications:
? 4-6 years of professional experience in HR management or related field
? Strong expertise in Talent Management
? Excellent knowledge of Other Services industry dynamics
? Proficiency in skills: Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, HR Management, HR Policies & Compliance
? Proven track record of success in similar roles

? Salary Range: 9,00,000 – 15,00,000 per annum
