We are hiring a talented manager hr for our Hospitality & Travel company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
This is a Full Time position available on a On-site basis.
Role Overview:
As a Manager HR, you will play a crucial role in our organization’s human resources and people management strategy.
This position focuses on general hr management and requires expertise in general hr management processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage general hr management initiatives and programs
? Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
? Manage employee engagement, performance, and organizational development
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve HR goals
? Drive process improvements and operational excellence
? Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development programs
? Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:
? 4-6 years of professional experience in HR management or related field
? Strong expertise in General HR Management
? Excellent knowledge of Hospitality & Travel industry dynamics
? Proficiency in skills: Communication Skills, Employee Relations, HR Management, HR Policies & Compliance, Organizational Skills, People Management
? Proven track record of success in similar roles

? Salary Range: 9,00,000 – 15,00,000 per annum
