We are hiring a talented oracle hrms technical with payroll for our Technology & IT company based in India.
This is a Full Time position available on a Remote basis.
Role Overview:
As a Oracle HRMS technical with payroll, you will play a crucial role in our organization’s human resources and people management strategy.
This position focuses on compensation & benefits and requires expertise in compensation & benefits processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage compensation & benefits initiatives and programs
? Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve HR goals
? Drive process improvements and operational excellence
? Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development programs

Required Qualifications:
? 2-4 years of professional experience in HR management or related field
? Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits
? Excellent knowledge of Technology & IT industry dynamics
? Proficiency in skills: Benefits Administration, Communication Skills, Compensation Planning, Employee Relations, Excel/Analytics, HR Management
? Proven track record of success in similar roles
Compensation & Benefits:
? Salary Range: 7,00,000 – 12,00,000 per annum
