Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Vero Brand Crafter LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”) through the Vero Jobs platform at verojobs.in.

1. Free services

Vero Jobs is currently free for both job seekers and employers. If you are using a free service, no payment is collected and therefore no refund applies.

2. Paid services (when applicable)

If and when we introduce paid features (such as promoted listings, premium subscriptions, or featured placements), the following refund terms will apply:

2.1 Eligibility for a refund

You may request a refund if:

• The paid service was not delivered as described on our platform.
• A technical error on our side prevented you from using the service you paid for.
• You were charged more than once for the same service (duplicate payment).

2.2 Non-refundable scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The service has already been fully delivered (e.g. a job listing that has been published and live).
• You simply changed your mind after purchasing.
• The outcome of the service was not as expected (e.g. a promoted listing received fewer applications than hoped — we do not guarantee specific results).
• The request is made more than 7 days after the date of purchase.

2.3 Refund request process

To request a refund, email us at communicate@verojobs.in with the following details:

• Your registered email address.
• The service/transaction you are requesting a refund for.
• The reason for your request.
• Any supporting information (screenshots, transaction IDs, etc.).

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days from approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

2.4 Partial refunds

In cases where a service has been partially delivered (e.g. a subscription cancelled mid-cycle), we may offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a paid subscription or service before the next billing cycle, you may do so from your account dashboard or by emailing communicate@verojobs.in. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
