We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating with distributors and dealers, supporting sales operations, and ensuring exceptional after-sales service. This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and customers.
- Coordinate order processing, dispatches, deliveries, and customer follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, warranty claims, and product replacement requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and generate regular reports.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, maintaining documentation, and coordinating product launches.
- Monitor customer orders and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales support to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and service standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Experience working with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience in the Mobile Accessories, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or Consumer Durables industry will be an added advantage.
