We are hiring a talented associate talent manager for our Media & Entertainment company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
This is a Full Time position available on a On-site basis.
Role Overview:
As a Associate Talent Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization’s human resources and people management strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage talent management initiatives and programs

? 3-5 years of professional experience in HR management or related field
? Strong expertise in Talent Management
? Excellent knowledge of Media & Entertainment industry dynamics
? Proficiency in skills: Communication Skills, Employee Relations, HR Management, HR Policies & Compliance, Organizational Skills, People Management
? Proven track record of success in similar roles
