About the role
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and customers.
Coordinate order processing, deliveries, and customer follow-ups.
Handle customer queries, complaints, warranty, and replacement requests.
Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular reports.
Support the sales team with quotations, documentation, and product launches.
Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
2–4 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, or Sales Coordination.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Experience in Mobile Accessories, Electronics, FMCG, or Consumer Durables will be an added advantage.
Salary
Up to ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
