Key Responsibilities

* Create and present engaging product and educational content for social media.
* Explain packaging solutions and product benefits in a simple and impactful way.
* Develop scripts and collaborate with the creative team for videos and campaigns.
* Conduct customer interactions, gather feedback, and create real-world success stories.
* Research industry trends and use AI tools to enhance content quality.

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in Content Creation, Marketing, Sales, or Customer-Facing roles.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi & English.
* Confident on camera with strong storytelling abilities.
* Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT) and social media content creation is preferred.
