About the role
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist patients and visitors with a professional and courteous approach.
* Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk operations.
* Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately.
* Maintain accurate patient records and perform data entry.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient service.
* Support general administrative and front office activities while maintaining confidentiality.
Eligibility
* Qualification:* 12th Pass (Diploma in Office/Healthcare Administration preferred)
* *Experience:* 1–3 years in Reception, Front Desk, or Customer Service (Hospital/Clinic experience preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic computer applications.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
